Lighthouse Mortgage was founded in 1999 in Duncan, BC by Ronald Morrison. After dedicating several years to building the business, Ron retired in 2006, passing the company on to his daughter, Tracey Morrison. In 2007, Tracey welcomed Keith Cook as a partner, and together they expanded Lighthouse Mortgage by opening a second office in Langford BC.
